This is the stuff of evil genius!

For those of you who haven’t played the original Bioshock (what’s wrong with you?) here’s all the explanation you’ll need.

Having practically given my wife a virtual divorce with the amount of time I spent playing BioShock 1 & 2, you know that I am absolutely dying to get my hand on Infinite, and those “motorized partriot”, clock work terminator things look awesome!

Infinite comes out on 10/16/2012 for PS3 and Xbox 360 – maybe a late birthday present?

BioShock Infinite is a first-person shooter currently in development at Irrational Games, the studio behind the original BioShock (which sold over 4 million units worldwide). Set in 1912, BioShock Infinite introduces an entirely new narrative and gameplay experience that lifts players out of the familiar confines of Rapture and rockets them to Columbia, an immense city in the sky.

This may be the first actual trailer for “Bioshock” which according to IMDB is in production and slated for a 2013 release. We can’t rule out that it may also be a fan-flick but it does look awesome.
