When NASA’s Curiosity rover reached Mars on August 5th, it will have to enter the top of the atmosphere and descend to the surface of Mars in just seven minutes. Team members involved with the mission describe the challenges behind landing on the Red Planet and the “terror” they will endure during those seven minutes.
